“We live and produce our goods at Tinnock Farm Tipperary, a Smallholding in the Slieveardagh hills. Our small-holding includes an area of hazel coppice, vegetable gardens, a young orchard, streams and paddocks. We aim to grow as much of our food as we can, and are closer to achieving our goal every year. We are firm believers of living as simply as we can with as little impact on our piece of the world. Zero waste and reducing our plastic are vitally important to us.
As well as being our home, Tinnock is habitat to a range of native Irish flora and fauna including Long Eared Bats, Red Squirrels, Pine Martin, primroses, bluebells and cowslips to name a few.”
